The Jackson County PORT team is made up of Hopewell Health Centers, W4C, Jackson County Municipal Court Probation, Jackson County Common Pleas Probation and the ADAMH board. The purpose of the PORT Team is to respond to overdoses in our community and over treatment and support to those in active addiction. We work closely with Law Enforcement and EMS. The PORT team as been up an running for a year and is sub group of the Overdose Suicide Fatality Review Committee.
