We are the Business and Education Success Team of south central Ohio (BESTOhio), proactively building a diverse and quality workforce for a sustainable future. We are endorsed by the Ohio Manufacturers’ Association, and we are a manufacturer-led industry sector partnership focused on working together to build, expand, attract, and retain skilled workforce capacity to provide economic stability in our region. We do this through training and development, collaborative employer engagement, career awareness, and creative strategies to build a future pipeline of diverse workers.  Besides Jackson County, we also cover Scioto, Pike, Ross, Adams, and Highland counties, and we are working to add Vinton County as well.
